FP&A Intern Responsibilities

  • Consolidate financials from various business areas and ensure accuracy of total company reporting
  • Update/refresh P&L and Balance Sheet files using SAP BI (Excel Add-In)
  • Load topside adjustments in SAP IBP (Excel Add-In or Web Portal)
  • Lock and unlock forecast versions in SAP ECC Production (Desktop App)
  • Reconcile variances between forecast versions and identify any unforeseen changes
  • Cross-check system forecast entries against control totals derived from quarterly board reviews
  • Catalog source files used for Board and Executive Committee presentations
  • Cleaning up/rebuilding specific pull files
  • Process documentation/file organizing (FCST/PLAN, Actuals Reporting, EC/AC/CFO deck, System maintenance)
  • Support Supply team with financial reporting and COGS analysis
