Xevant is searching for a skilled Jr. IT Project Manager who is responsible for providing support in planning and designating project resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed during the development process. The ideal candidate will have a mixture of IT knowledge, Healthcare, PBM, or similar industry experience, and communication skills to effectively document Xevant’s technical projects from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the team in combining BI and Data Analytics to help automate and enhance existing processes
- Establish ownership toward a project scope definition
- Promote clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Support Project Manager in providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Collaborate in client requests with Client Success team and communicate expected product
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage in an efficient manner
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Advise project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Support business documents to analyze, plan and develop requirements in reference to scheduled projects
- Facilitate oversight and support to our QC proces
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 1-3 Years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience in the Healthcare, PBM, or similar industry preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of and preferred experience in the software development process
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- Compliant with HIPAA requirements
