As a division of a large, privately held consumer packaged goods organization, our Mount Prospect location offers the financial resources and agility to remain flexible and responsive to changes in the marketplace. Within Accounting and Finance, you may have the opportunity to collaborate with our financial planning and analysis group to support four of our key business units and shared services departments with internal and external financial reports, forecasting, and the business-planning process.

This internship will be a hybrid of working remote and working in the office. Only local applicants will be considered.
Business Intern Duties and Responsibilities
- Validate customer master data and update as needed
- Help team provide exceptional customer support
- Partner accounts receivable management to support customer accounts
- Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects
- Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
- Learn and apply customer service technique
- May perform additional projects upon request

- Currently enrolled in or have graduated within the past 6 months form an accredited Business Administration program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Position only open to students who will not now, nor in the future, require sponsorship to work in the US
