ImpactLife is the exclusive provider of blood products and services to our partner hospitals in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. The blood center is based in Davenport, Iowa, where ImpactLife's testing, processing, and primary distribution center of blood components is located. ImpactLife is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

ImpactLife, a non-profit 501 (c ) ( 3 ) organization, has an exciting internship opportunity in our Donor Programs and Communications department. As a student intern you will serve as part of our team fulfilling our mission of saving lives through blood donations. Help us make a difference!
This position will be responsible for supportingDonor Promotions and Communications department. Examples of donor programs include but are not limited to: Donor Rewards and Recognition for achieving donation milestones, first-time donor outreach, online donor loyalty program, and other seasonal donor incentives and awareness to achieve blood collection and blood inventory needs.
The ideal candidate will learn quickly, be deadline driven, detail oriented, a creative problem solver,and highly motivated. Previous internships or experience leading a volunteer or club event is helpful. Candidates should be comfortable talking on the telephone and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
This position will start in December 2021 and continue through May 2022. Intern will work 10-20 hours per week. Schedule is flexible between the hours of 7 am - 5 pm with the possibility of some days working remotely. Must have the ability to report to the Davenport headquarters as needed.
