Position Summary
The Residency is a paid internship program within IPG Mediabrands dedicated to the career development of the media industry’s fresh and emerging talent. Our program is designed to provide real-life exposure and training to entry-level roles across our global agencies. These agencies include UM, Initiative, Orion, Healix, IPG Media Lab, MAGNA, Rapport and Reprise. You will gain applicable media industry knowledge while building professional skills and general business acumen to launch a successful career in media.

Desired Skills & Experience
Resident Criteria:
- Must be a rising senior, recent graduate (or have equivalent experience)
- Current media and digital trends
- Must be able to work 10 consecutive weeks (Early June 2022 - Mid August 2022)
Required Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Analytical mindset and able to work within Excel spreadsheets quickly and accurately
- Motivated self-starter
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work well under deadlines
- Professional, reliable, and results-oriented
- Enthusiastic about the media industry
- Storytelling abilities
