Job Description
The ideal candidate will handle system administration for multiple business channels, and complete system testing for systems/product changes.
LBF is looking for an entry level Jr. System Administrator to work with our Sr. System Administrator on backend system updating and maintenance. This person should be detail oriented, have experience responding to support tickets, and complete all tasks and testing within service level agreements.

Qualifications

  • Administrator for new Broker company setup in LOS (Loan Origination Software)
  • Update LOS systems weekly with pricing and margin changes
  • Testing products - creating test loans & testing new products, testing after states are added, testing any admin changes (formulas, new LTV tables, etc.)
  • Generating loan document packages for review by other departments
  • New User setup for LOSs
  • Partner Onboarding calls
  • Update LO Licensing – new LOs and annual updates
  • LOS report setup for business unit managers
  • Other projects as assigned
  • One year of technical support experience is required
  • Ability to work across all channels with excellent customer service, time management, problem solving, and communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment as a collaborative team player
  • Intermediate Excel skills is a must
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Quantum Reverse and Reverse Vision is preferred
  • Detail oriented
