Role Summary
As a Threat Analyst Intern, you will support the Managed Threat Response (MTR) team in its effort to protect organizations against the most advanced threat actors in the world. You will expand your skillset through a wide variety of experiences, detecting and responding to cyber threats as they occur in real-time. You will collaborate with seasoned threat analysts to investigate, identify and neutralize cyber threats within our customer base.
What You Will Do
- Triage potential cyber threats occurring within customer environments
- Escalate cyber threats to Tier 2 Threat Analysts for response and neutralization
- Acknowledge and satisfy inbound customer requests; interact with customers through various mediums
- Actively research emerging Indicators of Compromise/Attack, exploits and vulnerabilities with the intent of operationalizing findings to better protect our customers
- Project work as assigned
