We are passionate about positioning the Tinder brand in culture and tapping into Gen Z trends. Our ideal candidate is a college student and Gen Z themselves who is living and breathing in Gen Z culture every day - and can bring a unique perspective to our marketing approach.
What you'll do:
- Help execute paid media marketing campaigns in the US
- Collaborate with our media and creative agency partners
- Assist in measuring the success and engagement for of our paid media tactics and how they impact the Tinder business
- Provide input on strategies and develop content ideas for Gen Z-forward media campaigns
- Help conceptualize + build new audiences for us to acquire new users
- Assist with the financial accrual process by validating our media spends with Finance and other partners
What we're looking for:
- Fun, creative, and social individual who loves Tinder
- Passion about starting a career in media + advertising
- Familiarity with the digital marketing + paid media landscape
- Experience working with data to answer problems + find potential solutions
- Extremely detail-oriented and has the ability to manage many things at once
- Creativity and big picture thinking
- Experience with using Google Docs, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
