Talent Acquisition Internship
About the Position
VHB is has an exciting opportunity for an intern to join the Talent Acquisition team for a 3-4 month assignment starting in February 2022. The position is primarily remote open to any state in which VHB has an office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be working with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to provide candidates with an amazing experience at different points in the recruiting process. If you have a keen eye for organized details and love to interact with people on a daily basis while juggling multiple tasks - then VHB is where you want to be! Gain insights into job ads, interviewing, and offers. Under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition leaders, we're looking for someone who's a real team player, shows initiative and able to navigate complex scenarios with a sense of urgency.
THE DAY TO DAY
- Scheduling of interviews: phone screens, video interviews and onsite interviews
- Create job requisitions by entering them into our staffing system and submitting for proper approvals.
- At the offer stage, enters in offer details and submits for proper approvals.
- Creates offer letters and sends electronically through our staffing system.
- Effectively prioritizes work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Tracks and updates candidate statuses in staffing system
- Additional ad hoc duties as needed by the TA leaders

- Ability to embrace change with a great attitude and be comfortable with ambiguity
- You pick up systems and technology quickly
WHAT YOU NEED
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field of study
- Interest in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring workflows
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), scheduling and creating offer letters is a plus but not a requirement
