About the team


The SAP License Compliance and Management team is a global organization that assists SAP’s customers and sales teams with the process of maximizing correct licensing. We are involved in pre-audit strategy and scheduling, working with customer and sales issues that arise during audits, and facilitating commercial settlements when called for. The North America team includes 7 LCMs, a regional manager, and a VP who handles both North America and Latin America. The group is based across the country and works largely remotely, but we do meet in person and visit customers from time to time.


What you’ll do:


Position title:
SAP iXp Intern - License Compliance and Management
Location: Tempe, Arizona – please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings
Expected start date to end date: February 14, 2022


In this role, you’ll:


  • The LCM Intern will be responsible for a series of license and entitlement research initiatives, which will include pre-audit license entitlement analysis, risk assessment for non-standard contracts, analysis of preliminary audit work product, and observing customer and sales engagements
  • The LCM Intern’s work product will be directly used to drive both accurate and timely customer license reviews and also to assist sales with incremental business opportunities


Who you are:


We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.


  • Current or recently graduated university student
  • Educational emphasis on the related field (pre-law, political science, English, Business) preferred
  • Customer-facing experience and contract experience are preferable
