Sales Training Coordinator Internship

About the Team

The Sales Enablement Team works in partnership with the Global Sales Organization to ensure sales reps and sales leaders possess the necessary skills, knowledge and process expertise to maximize every buyer interaction. Our success is measured by the improvements achieved in sales effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. The team focuses on three areas of responsibility: talent, asset and program management.

Responsibilities:

  • Help the Enablement team to create and document training protocols
  • Provide administrative support by scheduling various activities such as classroom sessions, on-boarding “welcome calls”, assessments and certification sessions
  • Heavy Learning Management System (LMS) support including but not limited to; end user support, data migration, reporting, scheduling instructor-led sessions, assign training as needed
  • Process outgoing and incoming mail to the Intralinks Sales Enablement mailbox
  • Provide administrative support for virtual training workshops
  • Work with team to develop training aids such as eLearning videos and Job Aids
  • Track and report on training outcomes within LMS and Sales coaching tool (LearnCore)
  • Maintain and make necessary updates to training materials
  • Maintain employee training records in LMS

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to quickly learn company technology including internal platforms and Learning Management System
  • Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
  • Possess very strong organizational skills
