eLearning Content Development Intern

What will you be doing:

As an eLearning Content Development Intern, you’ll work with industry leading tools and professionals to develop media rich learning content experiences across multiple platforms to ensure clear and concise communication of content is reinforced in multi-sensory ways, and define which technology is best suited for each deliverable.

This internship:

  • Takes abstract concepts and strategic content and synthesizes them into a visually compelling presentation.

  • Enhances and clarifies a given brand experience (both customers based and internal).

  • Meets with course SMEs, content owners, and product directors to identify needs and priorities.

  • Develops wireframes/mock-ups for course content layout, brainstorming and organization.

  • Develops and deploys relevant content that serves the stated need of a given project and its audience.

  • Deploys mastery of front-end coding and proficient knowledge of typography, photography, video, animation, interactions, UX storytelling and problem solving to create layouts, finished deliverables, and final content.

  • Reviews and edits course script and provides voice talent for the audio recording of scripts.

  • Assists in fostering strategic partnerships between enterprise units to ensure cohesive look and messaging throughout corporation.

  • Stays current on trends and approaches to media rich technologies and defines, which solution will be used in each initiative.

Learning Content Design, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Multimedia

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $43,000 - $79,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
