Arista Networks is looking for a talented Intern to join our IT Applications Team. We think about technology as a way to innovate and advance our business operations. Our team implements and supports integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise applications like HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Boomi, etc. As an intern in our program, you will work with technical & functional teams to deliver system solutions that support our Business Applications’ strategic initiatives.

This is a 12-week summer internship opportunity starting May/June 2022.

• Experience and learn core business systems that are highly integrated with complex data models
• Document requirements that can be translated into user stories
• Learn how to ask critical questions that help define solutions
• Participate in system design sessions with solution architects and system leads
• Learn how to create solution specifications
• Perform system configurations, build custom codes and integrations
• Perform unit test planning and execution for own code.
• Conduct config/code peer reviews to ensure conformance to development standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues and find resolutions
• Perform data analysis and find ways to prove data integrity
• Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing

• Pursuing a BSc, MSc or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science or related studies
• Well versed in at least one coding language (C++, Java, JavaScript Perl, PHP, or Python)
• Knowledge of REST-based and SOAP WebServices / APIs, JSON, XML, etc.
• Knowledge of relational database and well versed in SQL
• High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.
• Passion in learning business systems – HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi and any kind of data warehousing and business intelligence applications
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Enjoys googling to self-learn technologies
• Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship/co-op
