SUMMARY:

The Digital Product Intern will primarily be focused on supporting feature development for a B2B eCommerce site. The Intern will write requirements for developers to execute, perform some data analysis, and work closely with Engineering and UX in an Agile environment to help deliver features that drive meaningful outcomes for Covetrus and our customers. This role will also involve collaboration with the B2B Product team to support stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write requirements for development
  • Assist with refinement sessions
  • Analyze and report on data from Google Analytics and other sources
  • Perform competitive analysis
  • Assist with feature ideation
  • Participate in go-to-market activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program.
  • Completion of Sophomore year at minimum required

Work Experience

  • 1-2 years of general work experience required
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies a plus

Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong organizational skills and digital understanding
