Job Description
Description:
As an HR Intern, you’ll work with a passionate and collaborative team of HR professionals, and you’ll have a chance to interact with those involved in Volo operations. We’re looking for a hardworking, organized and dedicated individual. During this internship you will gain experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, compliance research, and much more. This is a remote position, working for school credit, and we’ll work with you to meet your school’s academic requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in leading various HR projects & ongoing initiatives
  • Support onboarding and updating employee records in company databases
  • Provide support to HR & Operations team for recruiting initiatives
  • Assist with organizing HR Data
  • Other project-based work and administrative responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate course of study
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excels in interpersonal skills and communication
  • Can work independently and remotely
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask

Preferred:
  • Preference for applicants pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field
  • An interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
