Summary

Our Junior Oracle EPM Administrator is an entry level role and will be part of the Covetrus Global Financial Systems (GFS) team responsible for support, maintenance, improvements and enhancements to Oracle Cloud EPM Systems. Take initiative to find opportunities to simplify, streamline, optimize and automate processes. Excellent Opportunity to learn (FCC & Planning) and grow in this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Support, maintain, improve and enhance ARCS monthly processes & activities
  • Oracle EPM User Access provisioning
  • Maintain and follow processes for all Sox controls, Quarterly Access Reviews (QAR) for Sox compliance with Internal and external audit teams
  • Create User training documents and Participate in user trainings
  • Document and update SOP as needed

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • ARCS Administration for at least 1+ years Required
  • Experience with Oracle EPM User provisioning
  • Knowledge or experience of FCCS is a plus
  • Knowledge or experience of Oracle Planning (PBCS) is a plus
  • Experience with Report writing is a plus
  • Learn and grow mindset
  • Be a self-starter

Education

  • Minimum of 1+ year working in Finance/accounting systems administration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Computer Science or comparable experience
  • Optional: Advanced degree is a plus.
