In a part-time internship role, you will support day-to-day project execution needs and be able to experience working for an analytically minded software company. Our client base includes many of the world’s best brands and this intern role provides support to the Customer Success team engaging with those brands. The right candidate will be responsible for providing support with a can-do attitude!


  • Provides quality assurance by reviewing reports for accuracy and testing surveys to ensure programming meets client requirements
  • Examine survey data to assist with responding to client requests
  • Drafts documentation as required for specific programs

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience successfully working with a team
  • Aptitude to resolve complex and diverse issues
  • Strong mathematical, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, sheets, slides, forms, etc)
