Culture & Learning Internship
Culture and Learning is responsible for developing, building, and managing a robust learning curriculum for all levels of employees, with a focus on frontline leaders, educating employees on culture behaviors and working with leaders to support fulfilling our mission. The team also supports the development of mobile-friendly learning and on-boarding resources for associates and leaders.
Role Details
Team: Learning Design
Location: Remote (Team members in Cincinnati, OH, Richmond, VA and Hampton Roads, VA)
Dates: Monday, May 23rd, 2022 - Friday, August 5th, 2022
Hours: 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Supports the design and development of engaging instructor-led and/or online learning experiences and interventions
- Supports the deployment of learning activities and tracking of participants in Workday
- Completes updates to courses as assigned
- Partners with the Manager of Learning Design to support various team projects
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, I/O Psychology
- Junior/Senior/Graduate preferred
- Must be self-motivated, capable of taking initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing priorities, and effectively manage deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and have strong rapport with the leaders
- Good communication (verbal, written, and listening)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Preferred experience in visual design and course authoring software such as Articulate Storyline, Photoshop, and Adobe XD
