Currently we are looking for an energetic and organized intern. Why apply? You will gain knowledge of manufacturing, learning acumen, and overall SaaS acumen. We are seeking an individual to support various course offerings for the Education Services team. This is a part-time intern position not to exceed 20 hours per week and reports to the Education Services Manager.
Media Primary Responsibilities:
- Video editing of training content
- Support subtitles in training content
- Transition file types to MP4
- Document editing (training guides, presentation)
- Beta tester of new courses
Requirements:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to manage several small projects & tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, in writing, online and in-person
- Candidate must be flexible and able to adapt to ever-changing training schedules and registrations
- Outstanding computer skills
- HTML experience helpful
- Ability to communicate and interact with customers and business partners as required within a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Passion for excellence, high level of energy, strong ability to energize others
