Dominion Financial Services, LLC is seeking a top-notch Junior Salesforce Administrator for immediate hire!

Dominion Financial Services, LLC (“DFS”) is a growing and successful Lender located in Baltimore, MD that lends to Real Estate Investors in all states. Established in 2002, Dominion is an Operating company of DFS and is a leading provider in all Real Estate related services.

This position can be remote but we would prefer someone in the Greater Baltimore Area for occasional onsite work.

Excellent opportunity for a fast-paced learner in one of Baltimore’s dynamic lending companies.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting users with tasks and problem-solving technical inquiries
• Creating and updating automations using declarative and programmatic tools in Salesforce
• Configuring new user profiles and updating permissions
• Creating and updating analytical dashboards
• Cleaning, manipulating, and updating data, mainly using Excel and SQL
• Implementing data models according to the needs of the business and existing infrastructure
• Updating document templates in the Salesforce system using Conga Composer
• Assisting with documenting technical processes and procedures
• Updating marketing lead distribution schemes according to business requirements
• Other related needs according to management and project needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Familiarity with databases and SQL
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software as an advanced user or administrator
• Knowledge of real estate and finance is preferred
