The details
This summer, seize the opportunity to sharpen your systems engineering skills in process efficiencies, analysis, consulting and implementation while leverage your engineering background—all in one internship!
During this 10-12 week internship, you'll work directly under the mentorship of leaders and experts to develop policies, procedures, technical resources, and new products that enhance the delivery of risk engineering consulting services that lead to organizational and policyholder success. In addition, you'll work on a business-related project to help you develop your knowledge about the commercial insurance business through exposure to our engineering operation.

What you've got
- You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
- You are an undergraduate working towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA graduating May 2023 or later.
- You are practiced in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, problem solving, communicating your ideas to influence decision making.
- You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- You must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10-12 weeks.
- You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
