Intern Project Responsibilities:

• Contract Management
  • Clean up project around current contract mgmt.
  • Update contract names according to Legal Department's naming convention
  • Identify contracts we have files for and ones that are missing try to collect missing files
    
• Sales Operations
  • New Institution info checks; Data entry for Default shipping state and country
  • Assigning default pricing in CLIMS with custom pricing to be handled by Sales Ops
  • Categorizing Sales Ops inbox as emails/requests come in
    
• Customer Support
  • Genomics Sales Quote creation
  • Vendor form first pass – send to Sales Ops for review

Preferred Degree Programs/Skills/Unique Capabilities:

Business, Contracting/Legal, or related Biological sciences.
