Summary
This role is responsible for assisting the People Team (HR) in drafting and documenting key business processes in Visio and Word. Process documentation will require learning our current HR related business processes and how they are supported or initiated by associated systems with a strong focus on our timekeeping system (Kronos), HRIS system (Success Factors) and related Payroll systems or processes. THIS ROLE CAN SIT ANYWHERE IN THE US.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director, People Systems to create a detailed project plan for the internship timeframe

Responsible for scheduling meetings, drafting agendas and asking clarifying questions to ensure details on current HR/ Payroll related processes and procedures are captured and documented correctly

Organize, plan and schedule information gathering meetings with the People team and business teams as needed

Responsible for creating documentation that outlines each step of the business process and any associated actions in the HRIS systems

Hold follow up review meetings to gather feedback and make final adjustments to documentation

Create and deliver final presentation to executive team

Participate in all Chobani Intern Program events

Requirements

Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree Program

Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Ability to facilitate meetings remotely

Ability to work in or learn Visio process documentation software

Curiosity to learn back office and critical People team processes

Ability to communicate professionally in writing and verbally with all levels of the organization
