We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent HR intern to join our innovative and fast-paced HR department. As an HR Intern, you will have the ability to provide assistance to our HR department in day to day operations including recruitment, talent operations, training, employee relations and other creative projects centered around creating an amazing employee experience.
YOUR IMPACT //
- You will assist with recruiting, interviewing, training, and employee operations efforts within the HR department.
- You will pay close attention to detail while updating our internal databases with new employee data including contact information and employment forms.
- You will support the team with full cycle recruiting to continue our drive for a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- You will participate in ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- You will support data entry efforts into the ATS (applicant tracking system) and HRIS (human resources information systems).
- You will provide innovative support around new and existing HR projects.
- You will offer day-to-day administrative support of the greater HR team as needed.
- You will assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events.
YOUR EXPERIENCE //
- Bachelor’s degree obtained or will be obtained by May 2022 in Human Resources Management or similar field.
- Proven experience working in a support role or customer service capacity.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS and ATS.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
