About the team

What you’ll do:


The position will be a part of the SPM Support Operations (US) team and your duties will revolve around using reviewing customer contracts and entering entitlements in an Excel sheet. It would be good to have a basic excel knowledge of pivot tables, data filters, and the ability to analyze data sets. This data will be used internally to improve SPM Business Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Review customer contracts and record contractual entitlements and General Terms & Conditions
  • Review and analyze data across different applications
  • Data Entry and spreadsheet management
  • Assistance with establishing operational procedures
  • Basic Excel knowledge of Data Filters, Data Sorting, Pivot Tables, Cell Formatting, VLOOKUP


EXPERIENCE:


  • Some basic SQL programming skills.
  • Experience with Analytical reporting solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to think and work strategically
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively
  • They should be a team player, with a self-starter attitude
