Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Data Analyst intern to join our Customer Experience team in 2022. This opportunity will allow an intern to gain an understanding of rural health and the health insurance industry.
This paid internship will be located at our corporate headquarters in Meridian, ID but, may be able to be fully remote.

What we are looking for in an intern who is:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably a junior or senior standing student
• Has moderate Excel knowledge including formulas, joining data, filtering, and sorting
• Experienced in Tableau (preferred, not required)

The Intern will be:

• Consolidating data from other sources to align with a specified format for reading and presenting in Tableau
• Reviewing and summarizing NPS survey feedback
• Participating in User Testing test writing and reporting
• Assisting in data analytics and visualization/tableau and reporting
