PMO Intern
MVB, an adaptive and trusted partner on the financial frontier is seeking a highly motivated PMO intern to support projects and initiatives that are focused on supporting and organizing company-wide projects.

Exposures:
- Assist and support Project Managers in day-to day duties such as tracking and reporting project performance, updating project plans and risk lists, following up on tasks, and building relationships with stakeholders
- Become familiar with the functions of SmartSheet
- Analyze and streamline PMO process and procedures
- Engage in activities related to the continuous improvement of PMO functions
- Learn and becomes proficient on internal software systems
- Opportunity to collaborate with other interns and departments including, but not limited to: CoRe Banking, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, Legal, Marketing
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:
- Junior or Senior year undergraduate with a focus in finance, project management, organizational leadership, industrial engineering or similar preferred.
- Interest in project management and leading teams or small groups
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and written communication.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SmartSheet preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
