In this role, you will have the ability to serve our employees and grow with us! This opportunity offers a flexible schedule working part-time hours from approximately February 2022- August 2022.
Location:
This role will be a hybrid opportunity - working both in Buhler and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruiting with posting positions, scheduling interviews and the onboarding of new employees.
Provide a professional and friendly experience to applicants during the interview and onboarding process
Provide general administrative support to the team (scheduling meetings, helping prepare for meetings/events)
Support payroll processing efforts
Assists in implementation and use of technology to increase HR and people process efficiencies and value creation
Manages applicant tracking system framework and workflows
Develop process to organize HR Records, Training Materials and reference system for the HR team, supervisors, etc.
Assist in the develop of stardizing key measures and regular reporting
Participates in special projects and events

Strong organizational skills and ability to pivot with priorities
Must have a passion for improving processes, streamlining systems
Ability to work independently and as an integral part of the team
Experience/Knowledge Required:
Experience working in a customer facing role
Currently enrolled or pursuing degree in Human Resources, Business or Related Field
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferences:
Knowledge of human resources functions and laws
Experience working on a project involving people analytics or the human resources function
Coursework or experience in talent, management or human resources
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System
