IT Intern
MVB, an adaptive and trusted partner on the financial frontier is seeking a highly motivated IT intern to support projects and initiatives primarily focused on business analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Accepts and leads designated IT projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project(s) during the internship.
- Facilitate completion of critical IT policy, procedure, process and controls documentation and compliance
- Assist with control testing and other critical IT risk functions
- Conduct research and develop topics for monthly IT security newsletter
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Exposure and opportunity to understand the overall concept of the company, including the business model, customer, goals, etc.
- Opportunity to present research and findings to management at the conclusion of the internship.
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:
- Senior or junior year undergraduate with a focus in MIS or Information Technology preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and written communication.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
