CoRe Banking Operational Excellence Intern

MVB, an adaptive and trusted partner on the financial frontier is seeking a highly motivated CoRe Banking Operational Excellence intern to support projects and initiatives that are focused on achieving operational excellence within the CoRe Banking department.

Exposures:
- Assist with implementing and configuring a new Business Process Management (BPM) Tool
- Work with internal stakeholders to analyze current processes and update as needed
- Participate in the migration of process documents into the new BPM Tool
- Engage in activities related to the continuous improvement of CoRe Banking functions
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Opportunity to collaborate with other interns and departments including, but not limited to: CoRe Banking, (Commercial +Retail Banking) and Deposit Operations
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:
- Junior or Senior year undergraduate with a focus in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial engineering or similar preferred.
- Interest in Process Management, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and written communication.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
