We invite rising seniors, current seniors, or recent graduates (<1 year out of school) to apply for our summer internship. We are looking to hire interns across several disciplines, including our Project Management team . The 10-week internship program runs from May 31st through August 5th. Real Chemistry is looking for driven, savvy game changers who are ready to dive into the trenches and make an immediate impact.

Job Summary
As a 21GRAMS Project Management intern you will gain hands-on experience on how to execute a job from start to finish. Learning from a hands on mentor to guide you through fulfilling communication milestones while working cross-functionally across teams.
Responsibilities
- Supporting senior project managers in the development of creative assets and production of digital tactics
- Distributing and maintaining daily team status sheets
- Creating and editing content in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Attending assigned meetings and taking notes
- Managing small projects independently once process is established, under the mentorship of a senior project manager

Required Skills & Experience
- You have received or are attaining a bachelor’s degree
- You possess great problem-solving skills and can independently own day-to-day account activities with support
- You have the ability to create, cultivate, and grow professional relationships
- You have strong written and oral communications and presentations skills
- You have leadership skills proven through on-campus and extracurricular activities
- You are highly organized and mindful of deadlines
- You are able to balance multiple projects and the demands of a fast-paced environment
