Jr. Graphic Designer

2. Design and update marketing communication pieces such as collateral, presentation materials, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, signage, booth graphics and other marketing materials.
3. Offer design support for all website and portal design enhancements
4. Under the direction of the Graphic Designer, assist with design projects as needed throughout the year working to assure continually alignment with established project plan(s). Maintain project budget records and other relevant tracking data on behalf of the department as it pertains to the projects undertaken.
5. Help maintain image library of digital, printer-ready art and brand image graphics.
6. Help ensure corporate branding standards and style guides for the company are continually met and maintained throughout the year.
7. Help ensure organizationally established logo/graphic standards are followed on all internal and external communication pieces, ID cards, promotional items, etc.
8. Perform administrative functions such as but not limited to scanning documents, images signatures etc. for internal customers; providing assistance with all necessary photo shoots with external photographer; assisting on press checks to ensure artwork is produced accurately and to required specifications.
9. Coordinate with outside vendors as necessary on behalf of the department.
10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
11. Ensure compliance with HIPPA regulations and requirements.

- Minimum bachelors' degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or a closely related field AND one (1) year graphic design experience in a corporate setting. (The one year of experience may be inclusive of internships.)
- Knowledge of marketing communications strategies and concepts including visual design and production process
- Knowledge of design and production process
- Knowledge of legal, brand, and regulatory compliance requirements for marketing plans
- Ability to work on a cross-functioning team, sharing projects, knowledge and experience
- Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office
- Produce a broad portfolio of design work across all media types including web, print and motion
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop, proficiency in InDesign a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML/HTML5/CSS/CSS3/JavaScript and WordPress is a plus
- Interpersonal, attention to detail, analytical, quantitative, negotiation, communication (verbal and written), presentation, problem solving, project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail and to deliver communications projects within deadlines and budgets
- Ability to influence others
- Ability to move between internal and external communications
- Ability to interface and communicate with all levels within the Company as well as external contacts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone

**Pursuant to Colorado's "Equal Pay for Equal Work Act", the following salary range is provided solely for applicants living in Colorado: $45,000-$60,000. If an applicant does not live in Colorado, this salary range may not apply. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
