What You'll Do

    • Assist with managing and analyzing current marketing processes, tools, and workflows to improve team efficiency and agility
    • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and provide recommendations and insights based on findings
    • Assist with end-to-end development of marketing initiatives and community platform optimization
    • Create and maintain Marketing Operations-related process/workflow documentation
    • Support the Community Team in daily administrative tasks

Your Background

    • 1-2+ years experience in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or experience in a related field
    • Experience with databases such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, etc.
    • Excellent writer and communicator (written and verbal)
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ambitious and a self-starter. Comfortable in ambiguity
    • Ability to manage projects end-to-end across cross-functional teams within an organization
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
