Job Summary

Paid media is a method of promoting content by buying ad placements with the objective of amplifying the intended message to a specific audience. At Real Chemistry, our content can come from our PR teams, our advertising pillar or scientific comms targeting the medical community. We employ an array of tools to ensure successful message deployment such as search, digital media or even TV or OOH. Our incoming interns will support our integrated media activation groups helping to support and lead media activation plans and strategies across clients and brands.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the day-to-day media planning & buying responsibilities across multiple clients

• Assist other team members to develop media strategies and tactical plans that align with campaign objectives, inclusive of audience research, sending vendor RFPs, (Requests for Proposal) and reviewing proposals on media opportunities and offerings

• Own meaningful operational tasks such as media billing and invoice review, ad trafficking, and issuing insertion orders

• Serve as primary point of contact for media vendors for quality assurance and communicate with reps for regular campaign optimizations

• Partner with analytics team to maintain reporting, pull performance data/benchmarks, and conduct ad hoc analysis when needed

• Collaborate with search, social, PR and other internal team members as needed, including but not limited to building and activating campaigns within platform for the respective channels, with oversight

Required Skills & Experience

• You have received or are attaining a bachelor’s degree or higher

• You are proficient in and have a passion for healthcare, advertising and media, with knowledge on how to use all popular social media platforms

• You are enthusiastic about digital advertising and using data/analytics to drive recommendations or make decisions

• You possess great problem-solving skills and can independently own day-to-day account activities with support

• You have the ability to create, cultivate, and grow professional relationships

• You have outstanding creative communication and presentations skills; the sky is the limit for how creative you can be
