As a Junior Ad Operations Manager at YouAppi, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our partnerships with our supply-side platforms (SSPs).
The ideal candidate has an analytical approach, is familiar with the mobile programmatic landscape, and is able to identify technical and operational issues that impact our campaigns’ performance.
The Junior Ad Operations Manager will be part of the onboarding process of new SSPs, and more importantly, will be responsible for their ongoing performance with us.
Location:
- This role is eligible to work out of our Israeli Office located in Ra’anana.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new SSPs and working with integration teams from both sides to ensure a smooth and fast launch.
- Managing the operations with existing SSPs including but not limited to - ad optimization, troubleshooting of issues, ongoing communication with partners.
- Analyze performance data to highlight key trends and take actions accordingly that can make an impact.
- Handling and managing all types of reports that are relevant to our SSPs.
- Working with our product and r&d teams on various topics
Desired Skills and Qualities:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the mobile advertising industry preferably with an RTB-focused company.
- Good technical knowledge of mobile advertising technologies: oRTB, SSP, DSP, ad serving.
- Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- High-proficiency in Excel.
- Entrepreneurial, humble, and curious attitude with a willingness to continually grow and learn
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Experience in working with different tools such as Datadog, Kibana (a plus)
- Fluent English.
