This Poly intern experience offers students the opportunity to explore a career in the Channel Sales Organization to support partner enablement. This 10-week, 20-25 hours a week, virtual internship will provide you with the opportunity to learn new skills through training and on the job learning. You will be hands on working with the teams and tools that support our external sales partners.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building efficiency in processes, project and website content management, has the ability to manage multiple tasks, has attention to detail and the ability to deliver projects on time.
This is an exciting opportunity for any aspiring marketing, sales or IT major to come into a high growth, fast paced environment and get real hands-on experience.
Parnters are companies that sell products on behalf of other companies, and Poly works with numerous Partners. We values these partners and provide tools, like our Partner Protal, to enable them to be successful selling our products. A partner portal is a web-based application that provides our sales partners with access to marketing resources, pricing and sales information for Poly products and services, as well as technical details.
Your day to day:
- Project manage Poly’s Partner Portal content submission requests
- Collaborate with team to validate content prior to posting
- Post content on portal following standard protocols
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise
- Educate internal team members and partners on the proper use of the portal and provide guidance on portal design including design requirements, and feature functionality.

What you’ll learn:

- Creativity to drive website/portal utilization – ease of use
- Time management and how to multi-task with projects
- Data analytics – showing website utilization
Ideal skills
- Proficient using web-based software applications
- Technically inclined
- A self-starter
- The ablility to troubleshoot
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge / experience a plus
- Familiarity with digital asset management software (Adobe Experience Manager) a plus
- Familiarity with Workfront a plus
- Familiarity with Impartner PRM a plus
