Hussmann's Internship Program provides a meaningful, real-life experience while working as a solutions leader for the food retailing industry. Hussmann interns receive great compensation, participate in community stewardship, network with company leadership and learn about career opportunities available at Hussmann and Panasonic. Compensation is based on your progress toward your degree.

The Organization Development Intern will support the Talent Management Team and Organization Development Team. You will primarily focus on the Performance Management Process, Employee and Leadership Development, and Culture Building. In addition, you may help perform multiple other tasks within the Talent Management Process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop content for training and tools used in Performance Management Process
• Develop content for training and tools relating to culture building efforts and core competencies
• Assess the effectiveness of processes, procedures, or training through surveys or other techniques. Identify and recommend vendor partners
• Coordinate multiple employee development events
• Develop communication plans for various events and Talent Management/Organization Development Efforts
• Participate in a Shark Tank Project that requires intern groups to work towards a business development solution
• Networking with senior leaders, associates, and other program interns to learn about the entire organization, not only the function you are working in
• Participate in community stewardship outreach

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in school pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development
• Strong academic standing
• Some previous work experience (part-time, internship, or volunteer) related to the department(s) of interest is strongly preferred
• The internship may be eligible for a hybrid-remote work schedule but will commute to and from Bridgeton, MO
