MVB, an adaptive and trusted partner on the financial frontier is seeking a highly motivated Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) intern to support initiatives and projects focused on annual examination preparation

Responsibilities:

  • Complete demographic, organizational, and community research
  • Enter and validate data
  • Participate in compliance activities
  • Support community reinvestment projects
  • Assist with Legal projects and writing assignments
  • Engage with internal departments
  • Conduct, record, and summarize interviews and research to tell MVB’s story
  • Outreach to stakeholders
  • Exposure and opportunity to understand the overall concept of the company, including the business model, customer, goals, etc.

Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:

  • Graduate/Senior year preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. There will be excel needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
