Intern-Managed Service Architect/Customer Success Manager

The Managed Services Team is responsible support our customers by designing value-add solutions that solve problems and accelerate business performance through leveraging our comprehensive portfolio of services and product offerings. The Customer Success team rolls up under the Managed Services team and works closely with customers to assist with writing and meeting KPIs to achieve desired business outcomes. The Managed Services Intern will aid the Team in by assisting with processes and activities in these areas and have an opportunity to learn about an exciting and key part of the business, Customer Success.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Assist team with clean deal preparation, construction and submission to order management team.
  • Work on pricing model assistance & creation (using provided MS suite tools).
  • Deal review and clean order submission.
  • Assist with customer success management activities and experience a monthly cadence meeting with the customer and our customer success team.
  • Support the Managed Services Team in administrative activities as needed.

TRAINING OVERVIEW

  • Opportunities to learn about different areas of the IT services.
  • On-the-Job training with assignments guided by an individual Mentor/supervisor.
  • A project will be assigned and presented to Black Box Management at the conclusion of the Internship.
  • Roundtable with top level executives.
  • Bi-weekly self-evaluations to understand progress throughout program.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled in Business and/or Finance or Business/IT.
  • Strong academic record
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Responsive, possessing strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A team player with enthusiasm and professional demeanor who takes initiative

SCHEDULE

  • Monday through Friday
  • The internship program will begin on May 16th and end on August 5th. You must be able to start on May 16th to be considered for the opportunity.
  • Location: Remote
  • Compensation: $16/hour
