About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Product Management, the MBA Product Manager Intern will help deliver on an ambitious product roadmap for our core digital products by:

• Conducting competitive product audits, and drawing insights from customer and prospect research
• Developing new features in partnership with design and engineering to create the best UX for our customers in a timely delivery
• Producing detailed, comprehensive product requirement documentation
• Creating product briefs to support the marketing team with product launches

The Candidate

• Current MBA student. You are a full time MBA student able to work part time during the second semester.
• Product manager. You have 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech and/or SaaS.
• Customer obsessed. You love learning from customers and have a track record for understanding and articulating user needs.
• Strong communicator. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be concise yet comprehensive.
• Team player. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working across disciplines.
• Detail-oriented. You're meticulous and thorough with the ability to easily identify exhaustive use cases and edge case scenarios.
• Hyper-organized. You're known for having strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset. You have a positive, humble, can-do attitude with a bias toward action and execution.
• Self-motivated. You thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment with significant autonomy.
