The Global Solutions Delivery Intern will report to a Client Delivery Director in our Solutions Delivery Team and have the opportunity to for an end-to-end perspective of how a business operates and how to improve continuously.
Location: Remote, Florida preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- · Learn about the front and back end of delivering services to our clients.
- · Participate in best practices and learn the fundamentals to deliver operational excellence.
- · Will participate with other team members, managers, and directors to run the business and work on ad-hoc requests.
TRAINING OVERVIEW:
- Opportunities to learn about different aspects of the Services business.
- On-the-Job training with assignments guided by an individual Mentor/supervisor.
- Online, virtual, and classroom learning opportunities.
- Individual and group projects.
- StrengthsFinder and DiSC Assessment.
- Roundtables with top-level executives.
- Bi-Weekly self-evaluations to understand progress throughout the program.
- Will be assigned a Coach and Mentor to guide them through their experience.
- Will participate in completing a project presented to Black Box Management at the conclusion of the Internship.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited Bachelor's degree.
- Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or other related majors.
- Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
- Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are required in performing all functions of this position.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
SCHEDULE/LOCATION:
- Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with flexibility depending on incumbent’s schedule.
- The internship program will begin on May 16th and end on August 5th. You must be able to start on May 16th to be considered for the opportunity.
