Jr. Training Program Manager - REMOTE (2 months with the possibility of extension)

GP Strategies Corporation is seeking a Jr. Training Program Manager. This is an immediate need that will last two months, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of extension. This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

  • Support and coordinate the roll-out (delivery/execution) of the client Safety program:
    • Scheduling of all training sessions with facilitator and participants using MS Teams
    • Manage scheduling conflicts / requests via liaison with participant and facilitator
    • Work with Learning Partner and Facilitator to manage project communications, agendas, PPT presentations, and material generation
    • Work with facilitator ahead of each module to ensure session requirements are communicated to participants
    • Work with facilitator and client site learning lead to organize and provide oversight of modules (LIVE delivery of training content by program participants to new starters & qualification of program participants) by ensuring; site learning leads schedule a Live Classroom or Virtual training session at site and date/time communicated to participant, provide site learning leads with observation checklist and overview of their role in observing program participants deliver LIVE sessions
    • Update the course documents on Share Site
    • Manage interactions between Learning Partner, facilitator, sites, and functions to help coordinate training
    • Provide risk identification and mitigation – all escalations to be sent to learning partner
    • Assist in budget development, forecasting, tracking and monitoring (spending analysis) for individual projects, including entering financial forecasts if applicable by liaison with facilitator. Work with administrative staff to create purchase orders and approve invoices
    • Coordinate and manage curriculum development and enrollments in myLearning (LMS)
    • Assist in ensuring learning programs maintain process integrity and intent
    • Coordinate/track facilitator candidates, monitor progress, share updates with Learning Partners (follow up as needed)
    • Address questions/find information for participants being certified as needed
    • Document all processes/approaches in the form of playbook that can be utilized and deployed for future programs
    • Attend training sessions and capture leader actions from session – feedback to learning partner, site learning lead
    • Arrange for evaluation of training session via MS Forms survey

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the training/learning industry with program management experience desired
  • Strong MS Outlook experience
