What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team.

What you will be doing:

As a Junior Recruiter at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Talent Acquisition team, assisting the Director, Global Recruiting and collaborating with the Human Resources team to deliver an enjoyable and efficient candidate experience.

You will be responsible for posting jobs online, filtering resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.

  • Assist in posting open positions on job sites and social media
  • Support the hiring team by reviewing job applications and screening candidates
  • Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Proactively sourcing candidates to contribute to the Talent team pipeline
  • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers throughout the full recruiting cycle
  • Provide a friendly, organized and inviting candidate experience for all Semperis applicants


What you will bring:

  • A passion for speaking to people and having an impact on their career path
  • 2+ years of previous experience working as a Junior Recruiter
  • Knowledge of recruitment software (ATS systems)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Above average problem solving and organizational skills
  • You go the extra mile for candidates and for your team. You are always thinking of new ways to enhance the candidate experience and put smiles on peoples’ faces


Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or similar
  • Experience in candidate sourcing using social media and sites such as LinkedIn
