Data Analyst Intern
Job Summary
The Customer Experience (CX) Team strategizes and analyzes objectives to ensure that BlackLine’s clients maintain a positive experience with the company. The Data Analyst Intern works directly with the Senior Manager, CX Insights and Analytics. This position will utilize excel & Tableau for reporting and hone their skills in relation to understanding end results to ensure they deliver the appropriate metrics that provide valuable insights.

Roles and Responsibility (list in order of importance)*
- Deliver timely reports to requestors
- Provide insights on reports in a clear and effective manner
- Recognize data gaps and integrity issues for resolutions
- Document delivery completion and process changes

Required Qualifications*
Years of Experience in Related Field: 0-2
Education: You must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate/graduate in Spring 2022.
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledgeable with Excel
- Critical Thinker
- Can work Independent and in group setting
- Detailed Oriented
Working Conditions
Work is primarily sedentary in nature; no special demands required.
