Remote Jr. Application Developer

ICF is looking for a Junior Application Developer to support our client in the Washington, DC Metro Area!

**This role can be fully remote, sitting anywhere within the US.**

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with others to define and implement optimal, complete solutions based on stakeholder needs.
  • Help build back-end and front-end web-based software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Work with databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
  • Apply and generate best practices in multiple technical domains using various technology products and services.

What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related scientific or technical discipline
  • Some working experience with programming languages and platforms such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Python, Node.js, React, and Angular
  • Some working experience with SQL
  • Some working experience with web development using HTML and CSS
  • Due to federal contract, must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
