Role:

The Business Immersion Program (BIP) Internship is an opportunity for college students to immerse themselves in Crown Castle’s unique business model, develop personal and professional skills, and explore our early career opportunities. Throughout the 10-week Summer internship, BIP interns will gain insight into the full-time BIP by learning our business model and value proposition, contributing to company success through meaningful projects on a functional team within our business, and integrating into the full-time BIP community. BIP interns will collaborate on projects and case studies to accelerate development, network and form relationships with current BIP participants and program alumni, and participate in BIP meetings and events. By the end of the internship, we aim to have created an experience where BIP interns are passionate about pursuing the Business Immersion Program full time.

Education/Certifications

  • Rising Senior status- Graduating from an accredited institution either in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023
  • Bachelor’s Degree progress required (Candidates will begin internship in the Summer of 2022)


Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship

Working Conditions:
This role can either work remotely, or falls into our hybrid work model working in the Houston, Texas office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).
