About the Human Resources Team:
- Drive organizational health excellence through leader development, tools and resources, and programs in partnership with key members of the HR team.
- Optimize data and analytics to identify gaps and trends to determine appropriate programs, training, and education to close gaps and drive organizational health and employee engagement.
- Evaluate leader capabilities, skills, competencies and behaviors to identify development and upskilling needs.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, programs, and activities.
- Ensure programs, policies and initiatives are compliant with all state and federal requirements.
Are you a match? We are looking for an intern who can:
- HR or Organizational Effectiveness/Management focus preferred.
- Data analytics experience/knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel.
- Strong work discipline and accountability.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
What will you be working on:
- Supporting leaders and HR through several strategic initiatives including Organizational Health Excellence, Rewards and Recognition, and Employee Engagement programs and activities.
- Serve in a consultative role on a region-wide scale in this highly visible position.
- Optimize data through surveys, churn, and performance.
- Identify gaps and make recommendations to drive organizational health excellence and employee engagement.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements
- Graduation date between December 2022 and May 2023
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
- Authorized to work in the United States of America
- Strong interest in the technology, telecommunications, cable, and media industries
- Ability to work independently and in group settings
- Minimum 3.2 GPA
- Ability to report to assigned office post-graduation if offered and accepted a fulltime position
- Must have internet access to perform work virtually
- Must reside or attend school near the host office
