Program Overview: June 8th, 2022- Aug 17th, 2022 Comcast West Division’s Summer Internship Program is a 10-week summer internship program based out of a regional or division office within the West Division footprint. This internship program will live in a hybrid model: work from home and work from the office. The program is designed to identify high-caliber talent to build our organization with the best and the brightest students. In this role you will immerse yourself into the Comcast culture, working side by side with innovative and talented Comcasters. You will cultivate meaningful relationships and develop strong interpersonal and business skills that will set you apart from your peers. Additionally, your experience will include: Engagement: Working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units at Comcast during your internship experience. What will you be working on as a Sales Engineer Intern:

As a Sales Engineer intern, you'll combine your technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and creative problem solving to drive product solutions and sales success. The Sales Engineering intern will work alongside other sales engineers, sales teams, and product managers to engage with our customers in order to solve their most challenging problems. Sales Engineers work with clients to understand real-world business issues and solve them by building and architecting technology.

• Sales Engineer Interns will get the opportunity to learn network technology, features, solutions and applications.
• Learn how to conduct discovery sessions with customers to develop communications and networking solutions for them
• Evangelize our network, products and services to customers
• Collaborate with various Comcast teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, etc.)
• Ability to pursue industry certifications

Basic Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduation date between December 2022 and May 2023
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
• Strong interest in the technology, telecommunications, cable, and media industries
• Ability to work independently and in group settings
• Minimum 3.2 GPA
• Ability to report to assigned office post-graduation if offered and accepted a fulltime position
• Must have internet access to perform work virtually
• Must reside or attend school near the host office.
