About the Business Development Team
- Investigates commercial properties (parcels) associated to business cases to identify owning entity, tenants, competitors, and revenue opportunity
- Initiates conversation with owning entity (or tenant) to articulate project opportunity, gain property access, schedule ROE negotiation meetings, or provide project updates.
- Research existing Right-of-Entry agreements that are nearing its term to begin the renewal process.
- Communicate to property principles and potential subscriber’s product benefits using appropriate sales techniques

- Work independently in a virtual environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Intermediate in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, etc.)
- Strong attention to details in reading and writing
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
What will you be working on:
- Expanding Comcast fiber and coaxial infrastructure to commercial properties in the Houston market
- Real Estate property research
- Fostering relationship with commercial property owners/property managers
- Analyzing business operations and reviewing Right-of-Entry (ROE) agreements
- Assist Market Development Representatives by analyzing reports for upcoming projects, performing research on commercial parcels, validating existing ROEs and communicating updates to developers, owners & property managers
Basic Qualifications/Requirements
- Graduation date between December 2022 and May 2023
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
- Authorized to work in the United States of America
- Strong interest in the technology, telecommunications, cable, and media industries
- Ability to work independently and in group settings
- Minimum 3.2 GPA
- Ability to report to assigned office post-graduation if offered and accepted a fulltime position
- Must have internet access to perform work virtually
- Must reside or attend school near the host office
