COVID Vaccination Requirement for Candidates Seeking Employment: Carbon Health, as both a healthcare provider and a federal contractor, is subject to certain laws, regulations and orders requiring its workforce to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and its variants. Carbon Health has therefore implemented a requirement that all employees be fully vaccinated. Our Carbon Health Internships are designed to introduce students to Carbon Health’s culture and business. As an intern, you will receive hands-on experience and be part of a team that is disrupting the future of healthcare. Throughout the 10-12 week program, you will work on innovative projects and assignments. Additionally, our internship experience goes far beyond your assigned job with potential clinic visits, community involvement, exposure to Carbon Health executives, team-building socials, and other networking events to further your development.

What You'll Do
- Assist with providing structure and momentum to talent management & learning activities
- Research and identify training opportunities and programs to create internal career mapping and training
- Coordinate and support various talent & learning programs and initiatives
- Support the development of internal marketing and communication plans to promote new and existing talent programs and initiatives
- Assist in the design and development of training content and materials
ABOUT YOU
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, I/O psychology, or related field
- You align with the Carbon Health vision and core values; you assume Karma exists, you respect the craft and wisdom of others in the organization. You put yourself in a position of insight, you genuinely care, and are excited to partner with different teams who do also!
- You pride yourself on excellent written and oral communication skills and aren't shy to present to employees of all levels
- You are well-organized, motivated, and detail-oriented, with a high level of responsiveness to deadlines and a sense of urgency
- Prior HR experience is a bonus, but not necessary
- Must be authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship in the future
